Today is our "baby's" birthday. If ever a man was blessed, it is me to have a daughter like the one we call "Gilbo". We adjusted to the change of only having one child left at home quite well.
These little milestone days (birthdays and graduations) interrupt the daily stream of the family life that we've shared for so long, reminding us that we are no longer parents of a young family and we'll soon be empty nesters.
